The Tesla E Gen.2 Brake Booster
1044671-00-E was the second iBooster that Tesla began using in the Model 3.
In the Model S and Model X, Tesla used a GEN1 iBooster manufactured by Bosch (e.g., 1037123-00-B). In the Model 3, they started using this GEN2 model.
This is a used iBooster in working order, taken from a Model 3 with left-hand drive (LHD). The outputs of the brake master cylinder are on the left side.
